Director of Research & Analytics

A highly successful and industry-leading Residential Real Estate Brokerage and New Development Advisory Firm in Miami, Florida is seeking an experienced, highly analytical, motivated, and detail-oriented Director of Research & Analytics to lead market intelligence and research initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach real estate markets and will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights, competitive market analysis, and strategic research that supports executive leadership, development, project management, and sales teams based in Miami, Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Political Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of research and market analysis experience within the Miami, Florida real estate market.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ETL processes, and data transformation.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate research findings effectively to leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Research

• Develop expertise across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach submarkets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare market reports, pipeline reports, amenity studies, due diligence reports, and ad hoc analyses.

Data Collection & Analysis

• Gather and analyze data from public and private sources.
• Oversee research databases and ensure data integrity.
• Manage and mentor a Research Analyst.

Reporting & Visualization

• Develop dashboards and KPIs.
• Present findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Partner with project management, development, and executive teams.
• Provide actionable insights supporting strategic decisions.
