What this site is
This site describes our executive search practice and lists roles we are currently working to fill. It is information, not an offer of employment and not a contract.
Roles listed here
We are engaged and paid by employers. All fees are paid by the employer; we never charge a candidate for anything, at any stage. If anyone asks you to pay us for consideration, placement, or a "registration" of any kind, it is not us — please tell us.
Listings reflect searches that are live when published. Roles are filled, withdrawn, or changed by the employer, sometimes at short notice, so a listing may be out of date by the time you read it. We do not promise that a role is still open, that you will be considered, that you will be interviewed, or that you will be placed.
What you send us
If you send us a CV or other material, you are confirming it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. You are also agreeing that we may pass it to employers we believe are a genuine fit — that is what we do with it, and it is the only thing we do with it. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
Please do not send us anything confidential to a current or former employer, and do not send material belonging to someone else.
Scheduling
Job listing pages embed a scheduling tool operated by Calendly. Your use of that tool is also subject to Calendly's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
Links elsewhere
We link to other sites, including our own social profiles and third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
This site's content
The text, artwork, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are not to be copied or republished without our agreement. The illustration used across this site is our own commissioned artwork.
Accuracy and availability
We put real effort into keeping this site correct and online, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on the site's content, or from it being unavailable.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
