Your experience as Senior Vice President of a Major Luxury Residential Construction Team is needed for a Ground- Up Property Developer in Manhattan!

We are searching for an experienced SVP of Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction to supervise a team of Project and Assistant Managers in New York City. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in the construction project management of Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction condominiums and Lease-up rentals.

The Qualifications of the Senior Vice President of Construction for Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction Management are as follows:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred
• Minimum of 8-15 years Project Management experience in luxury residential high-rise construction and Site Management experience is a must
• Ability to communicate with Architects, Contractors, client’s representatives, and Head the Project Management team.

The Responsibilities of the Senior Vice President of Construction for Luxury Residential Hi-Rise Construction Project Management are as follows:

• This candidate will be the 2^ndin command of the construction department of a luxury RE Developer with proven expertise and outstanding market performance and recognition
• Manage multiple construction teams ensuring foreman and site supervisors are completing work safely, efficiently, and in line with exacting company quality standards.
• Monitor project implementation through completion of construction to include building audits, conflict resolution, project budgeting and scheduling.
• Oversee tenant projects, space planning and design ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving field issues.
• Schedule construction site meetings for preparation of construction related contracts/forms, bidding and closeout of assigned projects.
• Continually inspect construction work to assure that job schedules are maintained and that work is being performed to code and design.

The company offers an excellent salary, bonus and benefits package.  Full Time Permanent postition.  Salary $350-$400K annually + bonuses
