Senior Construction Project Manager – Luxury High-Rise Condominiums

A ground-up property developer in New York City is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for major luxury residential high-rise condominium projects. The role requires extensive experience managing large-scale residential construction projects at the developer level.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction of two ground-up luxury high-rise condominium buildings
- Manage multiple construction teams, including foremen and site supervisors, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
- Oversee project implementation from pre-construction through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, audits, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and owner representatives throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee tenant projects, space planning, and design coordination, and resolve field issues
- Schedule and conduct construction site meetings related to contracts, bidding, and project closeout
- Inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with design documents, building codes, and project schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred
- 8 to 15 years of project management experience in luxury residential high-rise construction
- Developer-side site management experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively with architects, contractors, and client representatives
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale construction projects
