Established High-Rise Condominium Residential Developer is looking for a highly experienced Marketing & Design Associate for their Miami location
We are searching for an experienced, detail-oriented Marketing & Design Associate to join our fast-paced Marketing and Development Team located in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in luxury real estate marketing, FF&E experience, new development projects, and marketing coordination for luxury condominium and multi-family rental developments. This individual will work closely with architects, interior designers, leasing teams, and development professionals to support projects from pre-development planning through project launch and ongoing marketing execution.
The Responsibilities of the Marketing & Design Associate are as follows:
• Assist in the day-to-day sales initiatives, strategy, and marketing of residential developments
• Assist the ongoing marketing and leasing activity of the company’s multi-family rental assets
• Assist with the marketing and creative branding launch campaigns of new luxury condominium developments and luxury multi-family developments with creative agencies
• Assist with the advertising direction, social media strategy, public relations, collateral material design and production, photography, creative assets, renderings, and media spend for all existing and new developments of the company’s portfolio
• Manage and create social media post updates and initiatives
• Assist in complex construction project coordination, quality control efforts, project scheduling, and building material procurement
• Assist and track the company’s marketing budgets and keep track of key timelines for New Development projects
The Qualifications of the Marketing & Design Associate are as follows:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, or Business is preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in real estate marketing and new development
• Well-versed in pre-development planning, on-site sales office and models, and market analysis
• Background in working with architects and interior designers, including selections of FF&E for New Developments and model apartments
• Real Estate salesperson license preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Skillful time management and prioritization skills
• Skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to facilitate and manage relationships
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent writing and grammatical skills
• Experience with client/account management, real estate marketing, and/or luxury brands is a big plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Social Media.
• Proficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google, and Microsoft (Ex. Keynote, Docs & Excel)
• Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop preferred
