Your Project Management Experience in Luxury Residential Hi-End Condo Construction is Needed for 2 Hi-rises in Miami and Fort Lauderdale Florida


We are searching for an experienced Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction Project Manager for our Miami and Fort Lauderdale, FL projects. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in the construction project management of Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction condominiums and will also be working with a new properties from the ground up. Only candidates with strong background in Luxury Residential High-Rise Condominium Construction will be considered.


The Qualifications of the Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction Project Manager are as follows:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Project Management experience in luxury residential high-rise construction
  • Uses good judgment, leadership and decision making experience to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to deal effectively with the public communicate with Architects, Contractors, client’s representatives, etc.
  • Microsoft Office applications and Project management software experience required.



The Responsibilities of the Luxury Residential Construction Project Manager are as follows:

  • Extensive construction knowledge uses judgment, leadership, and experience to accomplish goals.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits to construct project. Reviews schedules and walks all construction activities to ensure compliance for building inspections.
  • Pre-construction duties include site and architectural plan review and recommendations
  • Reviews the scheduling of subcontractors to ensure timely and quality performance and/or supervising construction laborers.
  • Setting up construction schedule with GC and monitoring daily/weekly status.
  • Inspecting jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.
  • Reviews pre-settlement inspections and orientation with homeowners.
  • Controlling rate and quality of production.
  • Supervising daily activity of construction on the project.
  • Setting up and monitoring the construction schedule with the Superintendent.
  • Foreseeing future changes in job which affects the need for contractor
  • Oversight of customer service coordination with Contractor and property Management Company after settlement.
  • Accounting / administrative – Controls accurate budgets, Approves invoices relating to improvements, construction, cost control, reviews all purchase and change order requests.


The company offers an excellent salary and full benefits package.  Full time permanent position.  Annual Salary $180K-$200K
