Our client, a Residential Hi Rise Condominium and Rental Real Estate Investment and Property Development firm, has an immediate opening for a highly intelligent, motivated and detail-oriented Director of Real Estate Acquisitions who will be responsible for bringing investments and debt opportunities to the executive team. The Director of Real Estate Acquisitions will initiate deals and participate in the entire process of getting those deals done. Fast track to a leadership role within the company with proven performance.

The Director of Real Estate Acquisitions must have the following skills and experience:

• Undergraduate degree with a concentration in real estate, finance, economics or other business discipline. Master’s degree a plus
• Minimum of 3-10 years of outstanding experience at a top real estate investment bank, real estate development, private equity, or consulting firm.
• Advanced Excel, Power Point and Word capabilities are required
• “Go getter” type of personality. Persistent, hardworking, motivated and get the job done attitude. • Good negotiator, problem solver and solving problems type of personality. • Deep understanding of real estate residential deals and ability to understand opportunities. • Demonstrated track record of high achievement in demanding professional or academic settings. • Candidate must be self-motivated and hard-working, motivated with strong work ethic and integrity • Ability to think strategically and to present information in a clear and concise manner. • Ability to network and utilize relationships to drive business is a major plus, • fast track to a leadership role within the company.

The Director of Real Estate Acquisitions will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Canvassing equity and debt deals in south Florida.
• Find the best deals available while working relationships and getting there before anyone else.
• Analyze and underwrite potential acquisition, development and debt opportunities while working with the NY team.
• Support the transaction due diligence and closing processes; collect due diligence materials and assemble data rooms, utilize information to adjust underwriting, handle follow-up information requests, review due diligence materials..
