Experienced Real Estate Executive Assistant needed for a forward thinking leader!

Our Client, a talented innovative CEO and Chairman of a Luxury Hi-Rise Residential Property Development Company, has a need for a highly devoted experienced Executive Assistant to their Chief executive Officer/Chairman in their Manhattan office.

 

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, personal, and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work both independently/autonomously with the broader team, stay focused on the strategic goals and get tasks/jobs done. This candidate must be a mission-driven professional who is exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and eager to embrace the day-to-day challenges of supporting a CEO.  This is an opportunity for an individual to join a thriving, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial development firm.

The Experienced Residential Real Estate Executive Assistant must have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant, Agent Assistant, or Concierge in a fast-paced and growing organization or political environment
  • Strong time-management skills and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly resourceful team‐player, with the ability to also be effective independently.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business and CEO.
  • Proven experience preparing information for executives.
  • Self-starter attitude and enthusiasm when working independently and as part of a team.
  • High sense of urgency, drive and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Keen ability to follow instructions and understand those instructions with little or no follow up.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required), database management and scheduling.

The Experienced Residential Real Estate Executive Assistant will have the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an active calendar of appointments
  • Travel logistics: Arrange complex and detailed travel bookings front to back, all aspects including, arranging flight, hotels, car services, dining reservations, events, etc.
  • Follow up on various tasks, instructions, and deadlines initiated by the CEO, and ensuring team members and 3rd parties are held accountable.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO/Chairman, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Work closely with CEO/Chairman to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Manage a variety of special projects for the CEO/Chairman
  • Perform research related to executive travel briefings, events planning and other matters at the direction of the CEO and EVP president of Operations, managing special projects and support special events.

The company offers an excellent salary and benefits package. Salary $90-$100K Annually Full Time Permanent position
