We are searching for an experienced Vice President of Customer Service & Asset Management for Global Real Estate Development and Investment Projects in New York. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in comprehensive asset management strategies, operations, maintenance, and customer service optimization within the property management industry.
The Qualifications of the Vice President of Customer Service & Asset Management are as follows:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in asset management or a related field within the property management industry is a must.
• Strategic thinking, proficiency in financial analysis, portfolio budgeting, and real estate finance.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading large, diverse, customer-facing teams.
• Knowledge of customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES) and asset lifecycle management practices.

The Responsibilities of the Vice President of Customer Service & Asset Management are as follows:

1. Customer Service & Success Strategy
• Develop and implement comprehensive customer service and success strategies that align with company goals and brand values.
• Implement data-driven processes to measure customer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS, CES) and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure positive owner feedback and foster a customer-first culture.

2. Asset & Portfolio Operations
• Oversee comprehensive asset management strategies, daily operations, and portfolio maintenance.
• Implement best practices in asset lifecycle management, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved asset performance.

3. Budget & Financial Planning
• Maximize property values and investment returns by overseeing departmental and portfolio budgets.
• Manage staffing plans, cost controls, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.
• Support the preparation of budget forecasts, performance reports, and long-term strategic plans.

4. Leadership & Team Management
• Provide direct oversight, coaching, and leadership to the asset management and customer-facing teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and maximize owner satisfaction across the portfolio.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Relations
• Report directly to senior executives regarding portfolio status, performance metrics, and strategic updates.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with property managers, owners, and external partners.
• Coordinate seamlessly with other internal departments, including finance and operations.
