Real Estate Marketing & Design Assistant needed for Residential Luxury Hi-Rise Condo Developer

Our client, a Residential Real Estate Luxury Hi-Rise Condo developer has an immediate opening for a highly intelligent, motivated and detail-oriented experienced Marketing & Design Assistant for their New York City office. The Marketing and Design Assistant will be involved in many different design and marketing decisions, PR, budgets, branding and launching a project from start to finish.
The Residential Luxury Hi-Rise Marketing & Design Assistant must have the following skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Design or Business is desired.
- 2-4 years’ experience in real estate marketing, and new development
- Must have new development experience, past experience with blueprints and offering plans desired
- Knowledge of pre-development planning, on-site sales office and models, and pricing out units
- Background in working with architects and interior designers, including selections of FF&E for New Development and model apartments.
- Real Estate sales license preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Skilled time management and prioritization skills
- Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, ability to facilitate and manage relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Experience with client/account management, real estate marketing, and/or luxury brands a big plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, Powerpoint, and Social Media
- Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop preferred
The Residential Luxury Hi-Rise Marketing & Design Assistant have the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day sales initiatives, strategy, and marketing of residential developments.
- Assist the on-going marketing, leasing activity of the company’s multi-family rental assets.
- Assist with the marketing and creative branding launch campaigns of new luxury condominium developments and luxury multi-family developments with creative agencies.
- Assist with the advertising direction, social media strategy, public relations, collateral material design and production, photography, creative assets, renderings, and media spend for all existing and new developments of the company’s portfolio.
- Manage and create social media post, updates and initiatives
- Assist in complex construction project coordination, quality control efforts, project scheduling and building material procurement.
- Assist and track the company’s marketing budgets and keep track of key timelines for New Development projects.
Company offers a competitive salary and full benefits package including medical insurance and vacation. This is a full time permanent position. Salary $80K- $100K Annually
